What image of a young woman will ever be
more beautiful, more worthy of being immortalized with classic
oil colors on a pure white canvas than your daughter as a bride?
Just as the masters of the Renaissance created images that have
become the standard of excellence, the oil portrait is still the
epitome of excellence. When the cake is gone and the music
fades, a portrait will speak it’s own quiet elegance.

STAIRWAY OF DREAMS
My only child, my dearest daughter is the elegant bride. I have
painted her with all the love I have in my heart. She is
elevated in the image, climbing up and contemplating her future.
Her gown flows like a flower down mahogany stairs. Her white
wedding gown is alive with colors of her surroundings, which I
add to give life to the highlights and shadows. Unnecessary
distractions in the background are replaced with classic ones
such as the outdoor scene she looks into. |

ROSEY FUTURE
The happiness of this bride really shows. Her bright red roses
were deepened to a wine color and blended with a Renaissance
background to set off her beautifully tanned skin and pure white
veil. When her painting was finished I felt like I knew her very
nature. |

ONE LAST LOOK
Even though the bride is looking back we can see she is
blissfully going foreword to her new life. The scene was
idealized with grass and trees greener. Streets, sidewalks and
vehicles were all eliminated. The white gown was given added
dimension through old masters glazing techniques. Mindy's future
great grandchildren will be able to look at this oil painting
with appreciation to see her as a bride. |

A small fortune can be spent on the
marriage celebration. This day long dreamed of will pass too
quickly and only a few treasured images will remain. How will
you preserve them? Pictures in an album are too rarely
revisited. Beautiful Masterpiece oil portraits displayed in our
homes live with us every day and keep our memories alive. |
